Maintain respectful and lawful behavior on the premises.

Be responsible for damages caused by themselves, guests, or vendors during the event.

BGR reserves the right to remove or deny access to anyone violating these terms or endangering others.

You may work with third-party vendors for your event. All vendors must be pre-approved by BGR and comply with our facility requirements. BGR is not liable for issues, delays, or damages caused by outside vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, and logos—is owned or licensed by BGR Event Center. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BGR Event Center is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Events beyond our control (including weather, power outages, or acts of nature).

Personal injury, property loss, or damages not caused by BGR’s negligence.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific event or service in question.
